Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales made on Twenty are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This applies to all downloadable items, including but not limited to templates, components, design assets, and digital resources.

By completing a purchase on the Website, You acknowledge and agree that You are purchasing a non-refundable digital product.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in limited circumstances, such as:

Duplicate purchases made in error
Technical issues that prevent access to the product and cannot be resolved by our support

Any exception is made at the sole discretion of the Company.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or service interruption.

In any case, the total liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount paid by You for the Service, or 100 USD if no purchase has been made.
